Most families want to move when the kids are out of school, there’s a big incentive to buy a house this time of year, since many home buyers need to allow 30 to 60 days for closing. Demand Demand Demand!!!

July to September

Pro for Buyer This will be one of the best times to buy for you. The rush to buy homes is winding down and so are the prices.

Pro for Seller Don’t worry there are still home buyers that are very serious but may not have been able to compete with other buyers. These individuals will be ecstatic that their offer has been accept!

October to December

Pro for Buyer Homes that have been on the market for over 90 days at this point have motivated sellers. What does that mean for you? More bang for your buck!!
